14. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable consumer legislation, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply to contracts relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Tours, booked experiences and tourism services offered through the website usually refer to services to be performed on a specific date and time. Therefore, once the booking has been confirmed, the customer may not be entitled to the ordinary 14-day withdrawal period.

The cancellation conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

15. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued using the same payment method used by the customer during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
